Who We Are
We are Arihant Promoters and Developers, originally also operating as Arihant Group, and are now continuing our journey under the name Arihant Builders and Arihant Associates. We are engaged in the business of promoting and constructing residential and commercial properties in and around Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporations. Over the years, we have successfully developed 21 buildings in elite residential areas and suburbs of Pune and Pimpri, covering a total of over 1 million square feet of built-up area, with an unblemished track record.
We have successfully built many residential and commercial buildings in and around Pune and Pimpri, and our projects are also under construction. Completed buildings have been peacefully handed over to flat owners and most buildings have also been registered as co-op housing societies and we have registered all our ongoing projects under Maha Rera, fulfilling our statutory duties.
